Fantasy Author Roderick Davidson Reviews IRRADIANCE

Irradiance_CVR_LRGFantasy author Roderick Davidson is the creator of Pallitine's Path, a quartet of fantasy books featuring a female knight. The first book in the series, Pallitine Rising, was released last summer and is available here. It is, in the words of Piers Anthony, “… a well developed knightly tale that promises good things to come.”

Rick was good enough to read my first book, The Dream Guild, and offered some excellent constructive criticism. When I announced the release of IRRADIANCE on March 6th, I was thrilled when Rick picked up a copy and offered to review it.

His review is in and I couldn't be more pleased:

I wasn’t sure what to expect of Irradiance, having read David Bruns’ first book, The Dream Guild. Let me start off by saying that this is a much different book than his first. First, this is geared much more toward an adult audience with a richer and more vibrant world that the story was built within. And for that, I’m glad. I really liked the dystopian world where certain discoveries are made that make the government’s blind-eye world view questioned to such a point where they decide to address the questioning. Decisively.

You can read the full review HERE on Rick's blog, Adventures in Writing.

The best reviews are the ones with a sense of humor AND a call to action. Check out how Rick closed his review of IRRADIANCE:

Above all else – remember… The mind is the true voice of a Citizen. Now do your civic duty, Citizen, and read this book.”

Curious? You should be! IRRADIANCE, Book One of The Dream Guild Chronicles, is available HERE or in your Kindle Lending Library.
